Goal: Validate intention and technical readiness before high-fidelity commit.

  • Phase 06: Scaffolding Gate (Apr 12) — COMPLETE
  • Phase 07: Visual Transfer — COMPLETE
  • Phase 08: Line Clarity — COMPLETE
  • Phase 09: Audit Week (May 4–10) — GATE 2 COMPLETE

Iteration 2: The Final Bible (IN PROGRESS)

Goal: Binding all artifacts into professional, industry-standard packages.

  • Phase 10: Binding (May 24)
    Assignment 2 Submission (Revised). Bible formatting, Live Flow setup, and artist assignments.
  • Phase 11: Design Commit
    High-fidelity push for definitive visual benchmark layers.
  • Phase 12: Pre-Production Lock
    Final lock of narrative, timing, and visual benchmarks.

Final: Handover & Screen

Goal: Closing the cycle and exhibiting the project's production DNA.

  • Phase 13: Handover (Jun 14)
    Assignment 3 Submission (Revised). Handover of Locked Script, Dossier, and Exemplaire.
  • Phase 14: Cinema Screening (Week 15)
    Final exhibition of the Locked Animatic. Celebration of the preproduction cycle.
